The men and women who served in the armed forces, whether during a time of war, or one of peace, are living examples of that contradiction. Fritz H. West, (85) of Lake Carmel, NY passed away on March 25th 2023 comfortably in his home. He is survived by a brother Walter (Boynton Beach, FL) and a nephew John (Plano, TX).
