Farewell my precious. When I think of life and love and joy and laughter I think of you. You were always there at the high points in my life. You and Uncle were the shining stars the whole family followed out of the ghetto. You gave us hope. That summer day you drove into Harlem in a 57 Olds convertible was the first time I remember being excited about my future. You were bigger than life ... always fun ... always joy in your presence. Your passing marks the end of era that will never be matched ... like world War ll. You must have typified that all-american girl the boys were fighting for. For me, I will always remember your unselfish love ... Now, I am the oldest family member; and you have led the way, again, because Heaven is where my Aunt Maddy lives. Goodbye, for now. Your loving nephew, Johnny Positano
